Room size and comfortable beds.
Dining facility prices were too high.
Arrived a 1PM. Was able to check-in without any problems. Asked for an upgrade to my room (seeking two beds instead of Queen). Hotel upgraded without increase in price. Staff was very friendly.

Hotel was great. The room suites are nice if more then two travelers. Very clean. Free parking. But watch out for that hotel bar it can get expensive fast at 8-10 a cocktail.

I like the location and the staff.
Harry Caray went downhill since last visit, room service lousy, carpet damp in room.
Recommend the two bedroom suite if you can get one. Eat any where else rather than the restaurant hotel. They can not maintain a consistent standard. One time it is great and then surprise surprise, it doesn't even compare. Great shuttle service, and adequate fitness center. ...read more
